Pirkėjų asmens duomenų rinkimą, tvarkymą ir saugojimą nustato šios Taisyklės, Lietuvos Respublikos Asmens duomenų teisinės apsaugos įstatymas ir kiti teisės aktai.The collection, processing and storage of customers’ personal data is governed by these Rules, the Republic of Lithuania Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data, and other legislation.

Pardavėjas įsipareigoja neatskleisti Pirkėjo asmens duomenų trečiosioms šalims, išskyrus Pardavėjo partnerius, teikiančius prekių pristatymo ar kitas su Pirkėjo užsakymo tinkamu įvykdymu susijusias paslaugas. Visais kitais atvejais Pirkėjo asmens duomenys trečiosioms šalims gali būti atskleidžiami tik LR teisės aktų numatyta tvarka.The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, other than the Seller’s partners providing delivery or other services connected with the proper fulfilment of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in the manner prescribed by Lithuanian law.

Pirkėjas, sutikdamas, kad jo asmens duomenys būtų tvarkomi prekių ir paslaugų pardavimo Pardavėjo elektroninėje parduotuvėje tikslu, taip pat sutinka, kad jo nurodytais elektroninio pašto adresu ir telefono numeriu būtų siunčiami informaciniai pranešimai, kurie būtini prekių užsakymui įvykdyti.By agreeing to the processing of personal data for the purpose of selling goods and services in the Seller’s online shop, the Buyer also agrees to receive, at the email address and phone number provided, the informational messages necessary to fulfil the order.
